Demar Engineering, Inc., was chartered under Texas law in 1978 as an engineering and construction firm. Initial marketing was focused on oil and gas, petrochemical, and heavy manufacturing industries. However, responding to business challenges of the 1980's, Demar successfully diversified into the industrial and commercial engineering and construction markets in Texas and along the Gulf Coast. In the 1990's Demar continued to expand as the client base became more diverse. For business considerations, a transition was made from a corporation to a limited partnership in 1999. Our present company identification is Demar, Ltd.

Today, Demar consists of five distinct divisions: Engineering, Construction, Architecture, Automation, and Conveying Systems. From our corporate offices located near Houston's Galleria, Demar offers services to our clients from a staff of dedicated, trained professionals and support personnel. Our people are equipped with the latest tools for engineering, drafting, computer/automation, and construction technology.
