Our beginning in 1978. Demar Engineering, Inc., was chartered under Texas law in 1978 as an engineering and construction firm. Initial marketing was focused on oil and gas, petrochemical, and heavy manufacturing industries. DEMAR successfully diversified into the industrial and commercial engineering and construction markets in Texas and along the Gulf Coast. Since then, we have gone international, performing projects in the Caribbean, South America, Africa, and China.
Design and construction services. Today, DEMAR offers a full complement of design and construction services. One group concentrates on engineering; another focuses on architecture, and the third manages construction projects, many in the multimillion dollar category. Together, we provide design-build and turnkey projects.
